Training Day 21
On Day 21 of my industrial training, I focused entirely on identifying and correcting mistakes in my ongoing web design project.
I started by reviewing my HTML and CSS structure. I noticed several issues like improper alignment, inconsistent spacing, and overlapping content on smaller screens.
One major mistake was missing or incorrect media queries, which caused the layout to break on mobile devices. I also found unused classes and messy code that made editing difficult.
With feedback from my trainer, I restructured the CSS file, grouped similar styles together, and removed unnecessary code. I applied proper media queries to fix responsiveness issues.
I improved layout using Flexbox instead of relying heavily on margins. I also ensured consistent padding and spacing across all sections.
Images were updated with proper alt text for better accessibility. I also fixed button styles and ensured the font sizes were uniform and mobile-friendly.
By the end of the session, my project looked much more polished, responsive, and professional.
I learned the importance of writing clean, responsive, and accessible code. This process also helped me understand the value of reviewing and refining work regularly.
